RICHARD PETHYBRIDGE

Owner and highly experienced kitchen designer, Richard has a passion for innovative design that works. He has 23 years experience creating and designing kitchens and with the experience brings practical and technical solutions to any design

With the team of expert design and technical experience, KCK can design and build anything. Richard says "It's amazing to get invited into peoples homes and come up with a brand new design/feature and see excitement on their faces".

WADE HUMFFREYS

Wade is a family man and has been in the trade for 14 years. He is a highly experienced tradesman. After completing his joinery apprenticeship in kitchens and furniture finishing, he has then worked for 9 years in the spray painting industry. This includes experiences in automotive, kitchen and furniture finishing. He is regarded in the industry as one of the top spray painters in the country. He has also helped us to develop and define our elite paint finish unique to kitchens produced here at KCK.

SAM WHATARANGI

Sam started working for KCK at 15 years old as a 'sweep up boy' before starting his apprenticeship in 2011. In December 2013 Sam was named Wintec's top Apprentice Joiner of the Year and was presented with his certificate for outstanding achievement at the Rotokauri campus in Hamilton. He is an extremely hard-working and intelligent young man with a great sense of humour whose advice for other apprentices is to "aim high and be prepared to work hard".

STEVEN CHAPMAN

Steve is our most experienced tradesman at KCK and has committed his working life to perfecting his trade. He has trained many young joiners in the past and now works as Production Manager. His strengths are in the details and complicated joinery jobs where years of craftsmanship can perfect. Steve enjoys working with clients and understanding their needs and if anything needs to be invented or created that has never been done before.

Karen Pethybridge

Co-owner and office administrator, Karen has been working on and in the business for the past 23 years covering phones, office duties, advertising as well as the accounts department. During spare time she likes to spend time with grandchildren as well as other family and friends.

BAVEN BROWN JUNIOR

Newly appointed Baven Brown Junior who is our young builder/labourer –3 years experience in the building trade and recently returned to the North Island with his young family.
